Helen Hierta lives and works in Greenbush, Michigan. After raising four children while a Los Angeles chef, and building a dessert manufacturing business, she retired to the shore of Lake Huron to begin a ceramics practice. Her art is informed by a lifetime study of spirituality, creativity, and the natural world.
